Michelle Griffin, CPA is the founder and owner of Griffin Search Partners, an independent boutique recruiting firm that specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals.
Michelle brings to Griffin Search Partners 20 years of accounting and finance recruiting experience, including 10+ years as an independent recruiter, several years with recruiting agencies and most recently, as Recruiting Manager for a large regional CPA firm. The result is a deep network of active and passive candidates, many within Big 4, National and 2nd Tier public accounting firms.
She has a passion for helping others and has been successful in combining that passion with her extensive professional network and her accounting education & experience to assist client companies in locating and hiring the top talent available in the industry.
Michelle earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minnesota and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors where she sits on the Board of Governors for the Fort Worth chapter, as Past Chapter President (2012-2013). She is also a member of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
